How to buy property, info found on the internet

A lot of smart and resourceful young investors find a lot of information on the internet about How to Buy Property in Philippines. I would do the same to get a basic idea on how lucrative buying Philippine properties could be. However, as I did a lot of research, I found critical loopholes and inconsistencies:

1. Information on the internet contain bits and pieces of laws that are "always" subject to interpretation.
2. Information on the internet are given away for free as they have been derived from other internet articles, mostly written by local real estate agents from Philippines. Their goal is to "sell" their listings.
3. Information on the internet still need to be critically analyzed and mostly not intended to make sure foreign investors maintain control over the property.
