I've attached pictures  a 2 bedroom unit located on the 3rd flr. 5 Bldgs are sold out. We are now offering the 6th  Bldg Hawthorn. Directly facing amenities. The minimum down payment is 20% and we could still spread it by 20 months at zero interest. The computation is only valid for March 2010. We change our computations ho kse monthly. It depends on the turnover date of the bldg. The balance can be applied thru bank financing for locals.

Cedar Crest is selling like hotcakes. In Taguig Area a 2.6m 2br unit is very cheap. If you are not in a hurry to transfer I would highly recommend this project because the prices are still very low. Hawthorn is the best located bldg in Cedar Crest. A 2br unit is at 2.6M to 3.7m.  Depending on the view and area.
